Founded in July 2009, the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Investment and Development Co., Ltd (SSTEC) is the master developer of the Tianjin Eco-City. It is a 50-50 joint venture between a Chinese Consortium led by Tianjin TEDA Investment Holding Co., Ltd and a Singapore Consortium led by the Keppel Group. As master developer, SSTEC works closely with the governments and private sectors of China and Singapore, as well as other international partners, to plan and develop the Eco-City. SSTEC is committed to building a sustainable Eco-City that is ecologically friendly, socially harmonious and resource efficient. Its role includes the development of infrastructure, residential, industrial and commercial properties.

中新天津生態(tài)城投資開發(fā)有限公司（生態(tài)城合資公司）成立于2009年7月，是中新天津生態(tài)城的主體開發(fā)商，由天津泰達(dá)投資控股有限公司為主的中方聯(lián)合體和吉寶集團(tuán)為主的新方聯(lián)合體共同投資建立，雙方各占50%股份。生態(tài)城合資公司與中新兩國(guó)政府、私營(yíng)企業(yè)及其他國(guó)際合作伙伴密切合作，共同規(guī)劃及開發(fā)天津生態(tài)城，致力于打造一座生態(tài)友好、社會(huì)和諧、資源節(jié)約的可持續(xù)發(fā)展的生態(tài)城市。其具體工作涉及基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、住宅、產(chǎn)業(yè)及商業(yè)發(fā)展。
