Responsibilities:
? Measurement, report, customer invitation and presentation.
? Quality inspections of the painting process and documentation of required inspection operations in the related work-orders by authorization stamp and the implementation of Quality Line Side activities.
? Maintaining and developing harmonization of the production process i.e. optimize standard operation instruction, conduct surveillance of manufacture processes and staff.
? Monitoring of non-conformances within the SAP NC, QLB, PARA, and TLB including raising report, making assessment, attesting the rework/repair.
? Quality surveillance of manufacture process and staff Qualification
i.e. personal competence, work samples, related professional knowledge and test and validate new/modification work
? Ensuring a technical support within his/her scope of responsibility to production during painting process, including but not limited for special case in terms of validating process, trouble shooting, investigating repetitive issues…
Main activities:
? Participate to Handover from last station before docking in and hand over report to next station before docking out.
? Perform non-conformity measurement, assessment and create NC in SAP after incoming inspections of A320 paint shop Hangar1+hangar2+VTP+Sharklet and A330 paint shop.
? Focus on the issues of external paint areas no matter detected in Paint shop or transfer from last stations/suppliers which may affect the result or block painting process.
? Conduct quality inspections as per work orders following related drawings, specifications, standard instructions, work instructions, Airbus procedures and process in all painting hangars and the outstanding work in final phase and flight line.
? Attest all required work on time and on quality especially for FOT and TAC.
? Close WO and NC, QLB, TLB in OMI and SAP system after attestation of each work issue, stamp PARA of each A/C.
? Raise reports for non-conformities and make quality assessment according to related documents for un-paint issue which detected by production or quality during painting process.
? First validation with ME and Production before and after painting, and attestation both work and system.
? Optimize standard operation instructions, carry out production process realization and operation surveillance for whole process in all paint phase including working result, people, tools, material, …
? Release production personnel’s qualifications i.e. to assess personal competence, to attest work sample and finally transfer to manager.
? Perform quality surveillance of manufacture process and staff and validate new/modification work including
? All related hangars, storage rooms, mixing rooms, temperature & humidity surveillance and record all data.
? All painting/mixing/measurement tools calibration surveillance and calibration call up coordination, maintenance responsibility.
? Unmask/FOD inspection for each A/C and VTP
? Perform Cabin windows inspection for each A/C and create NC if there is any damage or nonconformity.
? Measure and report to each customer for each MSN.
? Perform and assist customer visit and clarify key technical interface points to customer
? Actively contribute to continuous improvement i.e. inspections from customer protection board and provide feedback for root cause and correction action activity, QSR Process, CPB Process, Quality Notice…
? Accumulate all often happen problems/NC for root cause and continue improvement both internal and external (suppliers).
? Participate to the Practical Problem Solving and ensure the effectiveness of the corrective actions selected.
? All paint documentation/record inspection and archiving.
Requirements:
? Minimum 3 years A/C paint experience (quality is a plus), or 1.5 years paint experience in Airbus, college degree is required, Bachelor/Master degree is a plus.
? Qualification of aeronautical painting from PPG, AKZO, and MANKIEWICZ is required.
? Quality and customer oriented and team spirit is required.
? Have the ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
? Good knowledge of governing regulatory, company policy and procedures.
? Good communicator, professional, familiar with the Quality Management Systems (EN9100), Quality procedures and processes.
? Good command of information systems MS Office Power point (PPT) and Excel. SAP skill will be preferred.
? Ability to read and interpret drawings and you are able to validate dimensional measurements.
? Have good knowledge of engineering requirements and specifications.
? Have the ability and competency to inspect and validate aircraft product using measurement tools
? If necessary the employee will be asked to support other program or function for multifunction purpose.
? Able to work on night shift.
