職位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Design GSC (Global Supply Chain) level organization development programs, tools, and templates leveraging the relevant methodology, and ensure the solid landing across GSC.
2. Own GSC (Global Supply Chain) level organizational diagnosis & people analytics by diverse methods/tools, and support data-driven decision making.
3. Work as HR PM to implement Corporate & GSC (Global Supply Chain) level regular HR programs.
4. Support department temporary work per request.
Job Requirements:
1. Master Degree, major in Human Resources, psychology, management, etc.
2. 5-8 years of HR experience in Global Top companies, or 3-5 years of experience in a consulting firm dedicated to HR areas.
3. High sense of data, leverage data analytics for decision-making.
4. Good understanding and solid and feasible practices on organization development/organization diagnosis.
5. Excellent English (both verbal and written) is a must.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office software, and great command of PowerPoint.
7. Quick learner, logical, collaborative, and able to work under pressure.
