To provide comprehensive HRBP support for Lenovo's new factory construction project in Saudi Arabia, ensuring efficient operation throughout the entire HR lifecycle, driving the implementation of organizational, talent, and cultural systems, and contributing to the strategic goals of the KSA manufacturing base.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Support end-to-end HR operations for the Saudi factory, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring compliance and localization adaptation.
2. Establish an organizational structure aligned with Saudi culture, optimize job level systems, and implement performance management and talent development mechanisms.
3. Design localized talent pipeline programs, build a global talent map and talent pool for Saudi Arabia.
4. Promote cross-cultural integration, develop work policies and employee care programs compliant with Islamic culture (e.g., Eid holiday benefits).
5. Participate in HR solution design for the Saudi factory construction project.
6. Support the development and training of the local Saudi HR team, facilitate knowledge transfer and system handover, and enhance their professional capabilities.
7. Introduce Lenovo's global HR best practices, optimize local HR processes, and implement digital tools.
Job Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
2. Experience:
·5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP role.
·Familiarity with recruitment, compensation, performance management, or other HR modules.
·Experience in overseas projects or factory HR support is preferred.
3. Project Execution: Proven experience in manufacturing HR project implementation, with strong cross-functional coordination skills. Language: Fluent in English (working proficiency required).
