Job Description
1.Procurement operations management:Provide daily procurement operation service in dedicated areas (countries, categories) in line with relevant processes and procedures, and contribute to team goals described in KPIs.
2.Compliance :Ensure compliance throughout indirect procurement operations in dedicated areas - influence end-users into compliance, always keeping the 'user-easiness' and 'user-friendliness' in mind.
3.Catalogs management:Actively identify areas for catalog coverage extension, cooperatate with relevant stakeholders on catalogs implementation as well as effectively engage of end users to ensure increasing of usage.
4.Category management:Ensure use of Danfoss preferred, strategic and approved suppliers in accordance to Supplier Portfolio Strategy; feedback on Category Strategy, vendor base, vendor performance; run projects within dedicated buying category as per agreement with the business strategy.
5.Systems expertise:Understand procurement systems and processes in-depth; have expertise to efficently handle procurement operation service .
6.Continuous improvement:In close cooperation with Focus Area act as a trainer for other team members; provide regular trainings for end users to enhance their capabilities and accountability for high quality input and complience.
7.Performance Improvement:Drive and ensure self-development in procurement processes, tools, trends & strategies (internally and externally); prvide input to Team discussions on synergies & improvement opportunities and implemented if relevant.
8.Stakeholder Management:Stakeholder engagement: Build and keep a tight and positive connection with relevant stakeholders e.g. within regions, GS-P Focus Area, CM other functions within GS, vendors, etc.
Background and skills
1. Education:Bachelor degree.
2. Working experience: 2-3 years procurement, better in indirect procurement
3. Communication skills and good analitical skills are key for good starting point.
4. Language: fluent Korean is mandatory, English
5. Integrity, Initiative, Teamwork, good communication
6. Proficient SAP experience
