職位描述
商辦綜合體夜班
1. 熟悉并掌握消防監(jiān)控中心動(dòng)態(tài)和工作情況，及時(shí)了解各種突發(fā)事件和情況報(bào)告，妥善處理并上報(bào)上級(jí)有關(guān)部門(mén)；
2. 負(fù)責(zé)夜間公共區(qū)域、裝修單元的巡檢工作，并作好記錄。
3. 協(xié)助物業(yè)主任督導(dǎo)及管理各承判商夜間工作執(zhí)行；及時(shí)處理夜間突發(fā)事件并上報(bào)。督導(dǎo)及管理夜間保安各項(xiàng)工作執(zhí)行。
4. 監(jiān)督夜間保潔各項(xiàng)清潔工作質(zhì)量操作程序的執(zhí)行情況，確保清潔服務(wù)質(zhì)量；
5. 按要求做好檔案收集、整理、保管工作，負(fù)責(zé)各類(lèi)物業(yè)文檔的管理。
6. 協(xié)調(diào)夜間項(xiàng)目活動(dòng)進(jìn)（撤）場(chǎng)施工。
7. 接受及處理各類(lèi)投訴，并予記錄，及時(shí)向上級(jí)報(bào)告；
8. 了解物業(yè)管理法律法規(guī)方面及物業(yè)管理基本常識(shí)，負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)對(duì)客戶相關(guān)物業(yè)管理問(wèn)題的解答并提供相關(guān)規(guī)范的咨詢服務(wù)
9. 檢查日常管理日志，跟進(jìn)所列問(wèn)題；
10. 協(xié)調(diào)處理突發(fā)事件；
11. 定時(shí)巡視夜間項(xiàng)目各類(lèi)設(shè)施之情況；
12. 完成上級(jí)交辦的其他各項(xiàng)工作。
