職位描述

投訴客服物業(yè)管理
1) 在總經(jīng)理的帶領(lǐng)下，制訂部門預(yù)算方案、工作計(jì)劃，并定期向總經(jīng)理及業(yè)主方匯報(bào)部門工作;
2) 負(fù)責(zé)客戶服務(wù)部團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)及部門管理:
a) 負(fù)責(zé)制定客服人員崗位職責(zé)、工作目標(biāo)、工作內(nèi)容及工作流程等相關(guān)制度，并持續(xù)完善；
b) 負(fù)責(zé)客服部員工的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和日常管理，包括合理分配工作、定期組織部門會(huì)議、監(jiān)督下屬工作情況等；
c) 關(guān)注員工工作能力及綜合素質(zhì)，定期舉行員工培訓(xùn)，并對(duì)員工職業(yè)規(guī)劃進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)；
d) 協(xié)助人事部進(jìn)行客服部員工招聘與考核；
3) 負(fù)責(zé)日?？蛻舴?wù)管理：
a) 負(fù)責(zé)開展各項(xiàng)對(duì)客服務(wù)活動(dòng)，明確有償服務(wù)項(xiàng)目及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
b) 負(fù)責(zé)客服接待工作安排與檢查；
c) 負(fù)責(zé)報(bào)修處理流程的建立及日常監(jiān)管，保證報(bào)修及時(shí)得到處理；
d) 負(fù)責(zé)客戶投訴處理工作安排，保證客戶投訴得到及時(shí)有效地解決；重大投訴及時(shí)上報(bào)總經(jīng)理及業(yè)主方；
e) 負(fù)責(zé)客戶意見收集及客戶滿意度調(diào)查；
f) 負(fù)責(zé)客戶檔案的建立及管理；
4) 負(fù)責(zé)客戶交鋪/交房、退租、及二次裝修工作的組織和協(xié)調(diào)；
5) 負(fù)責(zé)客戶物業(yè)管理費(fèi)、水電費(fèi)等相關(guān)費(fèi)用的催繳；
6) 負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目重大活動(dòng)的協(xié)調(diào)管理；
7) 維護(hù)客服部與其他部門、物業(yè)管理中心與業(yè)戶的關(guān)系，并協(xié)助物業(yè)總經(jīng)理處理與發(fā)展商及政府相關(guān)部門的關(guān)系；
8) 物業(yè)總經(jīng)理安排的其它工作并協(xié)助總部相關(guān)工作。
