Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Cooperate with partners and relevant departments to achieve the buying and sales plans in order to deliver the sales results on the designated channel.
- Work with brand/marketing team to execute VM/ assortment guidelines in the stores and provide data for analysis
- Co-op with channel team, plan and implement promotions
- Discuss specific promotion activities with relevant team
- Monitoring and reporting competition information, from a general overview for assigned territory
- Periodically review sell-out status with customers
Planning & Management:
- Be responsible for the maintenance and management of the national store system and the optimization of processes
- Work with the marketing department, based on regular themes, to assist the sales team in conducting nationwide promotion for key stores.
- Based on the analysis of the store and business situation, and by providing resources to support in sales and thereby achieve business growth
- Work in collaboration with relevant departments, lead and integrate resources to advance project initiatives such as SIS and concept stores...etc.
- Analyze the relevant investment costs. Through rational management, enhance investment efficiency and promote business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, good command of English and good computer skill is a big plus
- 5 plus years of sales experience with not less than 3 years’ experience in international sports/outdoor brand companies. Fashion/Retail background is a plus.
- Confident negotiator and ability to ‘close the deal’.
- Strong client management skills and ability to keep promises.
- Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
- Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail.
- Ability to cope with competing demands and to priorities tasks.
- Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A positive attitude to dealing with people.
