實(shí)習(xí)證明法律服務(wù)
Responsibilities:
1. Support legal research, legal translation and archiving of legal documents;
2. Support contract management, corporate compliance activities and proofreading of translated documents;
3. Uploading contracts and relevant corporate documents to designated database;
4. Other legal and administrative tasks as assigned by the Paralegal.
Requirements:
1. Law related Major, who study in third or fourth year undergraduate in Shanghai;
2. Passed the legal professional qualification examination or has intern experience in Law office/court Procuratorate/in-house are preferred;
3. Fluently in English, IELTS or TOEFL test scores are favorable;
4. Talkative and cheerful, critical thinking, legal search ability;
5. Other common skill, such as familiar with office software.
