Responsibility: 1. Work with business customers to develop clear, understandable business requirements and specifications Perform gap analysis on business requirements and system Transfer; 2. Business requirements and gaps to development team; 3. Participate and oversight user acceptance testing; 4. Join sales activities, help to build up client relationships. Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above in insurance, mathematics and statistics or relative discipline; 2. At least 5 years working experience in financial area (insurance, bank insurance) either in insurance company, consulting company or system integrator and etc. Understand the business operation process and products; 3. Experience in large scale software development projects is a plus; 4. Good collaboration-cooperation spirit and team management experience (preferred in multi-national teams) Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to meet tight deadline; 4. Excellent business acumen and industry acumen; 5. Result orientated, fast learner, open mind and creative.
