Roles & Responsibility

3. 協(xié)調(diào)與項(xiàng)目相關(guān)的設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)審、變更和改善，修正設(shè)計(jì)存在的缺陷和不足；
Coordinate the design review, changes and improvements related to the project and correct the defects and deficiencies in the design;
4. 協(xié)調(diào)設(shè)備和工夾具在制作過程中的技術(shù)問題并提出改善建議；
Tackle the technical problems of equipment and fixtures in the production process and make suggestions for improvement;
5. 完成批量生產(chǎn)時(shí)所需要的相關(guān)文件、操作規(guī)范，以滿足正式生產(chǎn)所需要的指導(dǎo)條件；
Complete the relevant documents and operating specifications required for mass production to meet the guiding conditions required for formal production;
6. 主導(dǎo)對(duì)現(xiàn)有的制程工藝進(jìn)行改善，積極推行精益管理模式，確保部門得以實(shí)現(xiàn)各項(xiàng)KPI指標(biāo)；
Lead the improvement of the existing process technology, and actively promote the lean management model to ensure the department can achieve KPI indicators;
7. 對(duì)生產(chǎn)參數(shù)和材料用量進(jìn)行分析和管控，對(duì)各項(xiàng)改善提供相關(guān)的技術(shù)支持。

崗位要求
1. 大專及以上學(xué)歷，應(yīng)用化工或相關(guān)專業(yè)；

2. 三年以上連續(xù)電鍍工藝相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
More than three years of working experience in plating process;
3. 具有良好的溝通技巧,團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神及疑難問題的分析能力；

4. 英文良好,達(dá)到CET-4以上.
