Minimum Qualifications
?Bachelor’s degree required
?8+ years of experience managing complex and global projects in the areas of Supply Chain and Operation
?8+ years of experience in implementation, process improvement, requirement documentation, test planning and user acceptance testing
?Excellent written and oral communication skills
?Exceptional project management skills with attention to detail

?Self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a global and fast-paced environment
?Experience driving supply chain process improvement and solution with strong supply chain expertise
?Proficient knowledge of the systems implementation and development life cycles
?Proficient in business requirement gathering and process flow diagramming
?Ability to perform robust business process analysis and recommend solution
?Strong ability to personally drive large scale initiatives and lead changes under pressure, with high levels of complexity and ambiguity
?A proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
