In this role you’ll make an impact by:
- Drive Continuous Improvement activities through application of lean principle in the plant.
- Provide recommendations to site management team for continue developing lean culture.
- Collaborate with different departments and systematically identify improvement opportunities.
- Play as lean expert and provide lean solutions/tools to support business needs.
- Lead strategic project, like automatic, AI, digital projects.
To succeed you must hold:
- Master’s degree or above in scientific field with 5+ years related experience. Chemical or Engineering background would be a plus.
- Proving experience on lean improvement in a process Chemical and engineering manufacturing industry.
- Training in Lean, Six-Sigma, Root Cause Analysis or other data driven process improvement methodology.
- Strong communication skill both in English and Chinese.
- Strong learning capability
