- Employees should be responsible for the consequences by their actions and omissions. Security should always be given high priority in their work. Comply with all applicable safety rules and work instructions during work; report to the supervisor all the accidents, incidents and potential safety issues in time; tell the colleagues who may be exposed to potentially dangerous workplaces, and protect them from such dangers as much as possible until the dangers have been eliminated.

- Accomplish annual target by conversion, renew and recovery contracts signing;
在用電梯免保轉(zhuǎn)簽、續(xù)簽、市場電梯恢復(fù)的合同簽約,完成公司下達(dá)的業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo);
- Collect and analyze maintenance market & competition information, establish personal recovery candidates pool;
所在市場的市場信息、競爭信息收集并建立個(gè)人重獲的機(jī)會清單數(shù)據(jù)庫;
- Price Negotiation and Price Adjustment
進(jìn)行價(jià)格談判及提價(jià);
- Customer Relationship Maintain and Extension;
客戶關(guān)系維護(hù)和拓展;
- Make Customer visitation plan and conduct it;
按照銷售拜訪的要求計(jì)劃及執(zhí)行客戶拜訪;
- Attend Sales Regular Meeting, Feedback Visitation Result and Conduct Monthly Forecast
按時(shí)參加服務(wù)銷售例會,及時(shí)反饋銷售活動信息,完成項(xiàng)目預(yù)測;
- Quotations/Proposal/Contract/Tender/Customer Communication Letter Preparation, familiar in use of sales tools;
報(bào)價(jià)方案、評審、合同、招投標(biāo)及其他客戶往來函件的文檔準(zhǔn)備,能熟練使用銷售系統(tǒng)工具;
- Assist on Large repair job and AR collection of difficult situation;
協(xié)助進(jìn)行大修談判和疑難項(xiàng)目的AR回收;
- Finish other tasks assigned by direct supervisor;
完成上級臨時(shí)安排的其他任務(wù);
崗位要求:
- College degree or above.
大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷
- 2 years’ sales experience, service industry or E&E related industries working experience is preference.
具備2年的銷售崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有服務(wù)性行業(yè)或電梯行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
