崗位職責: - Ensure maintenance, modernization and repair business scale increase to achieve plan target; 確保保養(yǎng)、改造和修理業(yè)務的增長,完成計劃目標; - Execute Schindler China EI management process, ensure process compliance; 執(zhí)行迅達(中國)在用梯部門的各項管理流程,確保流程符合性; - Maintain original customer relationship and develop potential customers, consistently improve service level and customer satisfaction; 鞏固現(xiàn)有客戶的關系和發(fā)展?jié)撛谛驴蛻?,持續(xù)不斷的提高客戶服務水平及客戶滿意度; - Manage and well organize EI manpower and improve labor productivity; 管理和組織分公司在用梯的人力資源,持續(xù)提高勞動生產率; - Consistently improve equipment reliability to enhance customer satisfaction; 持續(xù)提高設備的可靠性,提高客戶的滿意度; - Retrieve and collect AR timely, reduce arrearage; 及時追繳和索取應付帳款,減少欠款; - Organize and preside NI-EI monthly meeting, put the resolutions into effect; 組織NI-EI月度會議,并有效實施相關決議; - Finish FI、LPCA、CPSI actions in time; 在規(guī)定時間內,完成FI、LPCA、CPSI等行動和整改; - Control cost within finance target; 合理控制費用,完成分公司規(guī)定的財務指標; - Personally reaffirm the Operation S&H Policy and Goals on an annual basis. Ensure follow-up of agreed safety actions to address any items identified. Annually audit each Direct Report on their level of participation in the S&H program. This can be completed during the annual performance appraisal 參加工作現(xiàn)場安全與健康檢查、進行觀察 (安全巡視),跟蹤安全行動計劃并確保完成;年度審核下屬參與安全計劃的程度并反映到年度績效評價結果中。 任職要求: - Associate degree or above 大專及以上學歷 - At least 3 years experience in field engineering management 至少3年現(xiàn)場工程管理經驗。 - Good technical skill mastery, especially in electronic; 擁有良好的現(xiàn)場技術能力,尤其在電氣方面; - Good at communication and coordination; 良好的溝通和協(xié)調能力; - Strong organizing, planning and analyzing ability; 有較強的組織、計劃和分析能力; - Customer-oriented and self-motivated; 擁有客戶導向和自我激勵的能力; - Leadership; 具有一定的領導和團隊管理能力; - Responsible; 責任心強; - Basic finance skill; 具備基本的財務技能; - Basic English reading and writing skill, familiar with PC application; 有基本的英語讀寫能力,熟練使用辦公自動化等軟件系統(tǒng)
