任職要求：
1. 生命科學(xué)、生物制藥、生物工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)碩士學(xué)歷。
Candidate with a master’s degree in life sciences, biopharmaceuticals, bioengineering or related majors.
2. 在細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)工藝開發(fā)或生產(chǎn)技術(shù)支持領(lǐng)域具備2年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。同時(shí)具備無血清細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)基開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
At least 2 years of work experience in cell culture development or manufacturing technology support. Experience in the development of serum-free cell culture media is preferred.
2. 熟練掌握CHO、HEK293或MSC等細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)流程，有2年以上無菌操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。同時(shí)具備生物反應(yīng)器操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
Excellent in the cell culture process involving CHO, HEK293 or MSC with at least 2 years of work experience in an aseptic operation. Experience in operation on bioreactors is preferred.
3. 掌握高效液相色譜儀使用及維護(hù)者優(yōu)先。
Expertise in the operation and maintenance of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is a plus.
4. 能熟練閱讀并理解英文文獻(xiàn)、技術(shù)資料及行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，具有良好的英文書寫表達(dá)水平。英語口語或者日語流利者優(yōu)先。
Proficient in reading and interpreting research paper, technical documents, and industry standard in English. Ability to write in English. Fluent verbal communication preferred in English or Japanese.
5. 能熟練使用辦公軟件。有實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)及統(tǒng)計(jì)分析（Design Expert、JMP、Minitab等）軟件使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience in design of experiment, statistical analysis is preferred.
