Job Description:
1. Ensure compliance with laws in daily operation (such as Company or Investment related laws), company policies and bylaws: annual inspection, annual report, record retention, etc.
2. Contract and documents (including shareholders and directors resolutions, other supporting documents, etc.) drafting, review and execution, and advisory matters in relation to contract performance and daily operation.
3. Company registry affairs (set-up, change, liquidation, etc.), including applications and recordal filings with various local authorities (mainly SAIC, Science & Technology, Environmental Protection, etc.).
4. Manage the company seals (physical or electronic) in the Greater China region, including but not limited to common seal, contract seal, legal representative seal, and business seal.
5. Assist company with processing or application for certificates, licenses, permits, subsidy and awards, etc.
6. Other assignments by manager: budget management, dispute resolution, evidence collection and investigation, assistance in reception of government officials’ visits, administrative punishment matters, cooperation in survey by government or other entity, other government matters, etc.
Requirements:
a. Bachelor degree or above;
b. 5 to 8 years of company and government affairs experience;
c. Good command of English;
d. Strong skills of communication, coordination and implementation;
e. Good sense of ethics, responsibilities and company policies.
