Responsible for Die Design and Development of die tooling and processes to support new product development and time to launch the dies at plant 2. Participate in design reviews, optimize die designs, and have a good working knowledge of Creo 7.0, AutoCAD software packages, have the capability to finish the die design individually on time according to project schedule 3. Ensure dies and stamping processes are designed to be capable of producing good quality products efficiently and effectively at the lowest possible cost 4. Conduct print reviews of new product and provide recommendations to improve the design and the manufacturability 5. Implement best demonstrated stamping practices into new molds 6. Identify and recommend stamping press requirements in design review process 7. Provide cost estimations for new die tooling and parameters Position Requirements: 1. 10 years in die design is preferred and familiar with stamping processing 2. Bachelor or College in Die Engineering, Mechanical design etc. 3. Good communication skills 4. Must be able to effectively work with people of diverse cultural backgrounds 5.
