12. Able to work independently in performing assigned tasks.
13. Able to organize and document tasks to achieve assignment objectives.
14. COMPUTER SKILLS:
15. Effectively manipulate text and data files within Windows OS.
16. Basic software development tools such as, Lab Windows, Minitab will be a plus.
17. EXPERIENCE: At least 3-5 years in a lab / testing environment.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
R&D TEST TECHNICIAN:
1. Plan, execute or assist in tests and experiments to evaluate performance of new production.
2. Assure that equipment is maintained and calibrated.
3. Complete assigned testing followed by the test methods and deliver proper reports.
4. Assist Scientists in test development, process validation and documentation.
5. Perform departmental administrative duties as required, for equipment, safety, tools sign-in and sign out, etc.
6. Provide training sessions for the use of state-of-the-art, new, novel, software and equipment.
7. Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all the responsibilities listed may be assigned.
8. Support lab management related to EHS, documentation and so on.
