Risk Management: Identify project risks and manage or escalate as appropriate. ? Develop and maintain process and quality levels in line with contractual standards. ? Ensure employees continued development to meet individual objectives. ? Motivate and coach project teams & identify training needs. ? Assist in maintaining all project records for reporting and audit purposes. ? Monitoring and control of project risks. ? Manage and drive project in-line with other strategic business requirements and initiatives. ? Financial Management: Creating, maintaining, controlling, monitoring and reporting of Margin reports based on clients and stakeholders’ expectation. ? College degree in relevant field ? Fluent written and verbal English skills required ? Min. 3 years of proven Project Management experience, preferably in a related field or appropriate industry. ? Need experience in handling, invoicing, monitoring, and reporting financial data on a regular basis ? Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. ? Must be familiar with basic email and internet communications. ? Proven people management skills, including team building, conflict resolution, employee engagement. ? Adaptable and have proactive approach to work. ? Resourceful, confident and proven ability to take initiative. ? Strong communication & Organizational skills.
