Job Responsibilities:
? Learn and grasp the special requirement of different elevator code and WWJSSS;
? Learn and grasp standard product;
? Be familiar with factory & vendor’s capability, know how to install elevator;
? According customer’s special requirement, design the components;
? Use Pro/E to do parameter design;
? Analyze the key components dependability;
? Use ANSYIS to optimize the design, control cost.
? Authenticate for key components such as PQCS;
? Follow up the design result and optimize it;
? Analyze the root cause for feedback;
? Support test and certification for component or whole elevator system;
? Transfer non-standard to standard
? Understand FTA,FMEA,RAMP,RRCA;
? Technical support for sales and manufacturing
? Under the lead of Mechanical Engineer Manager/Supervisor, and deliver the job on time.
? Comply with company’s Ethics & Compliance Policies.
? Complete CI Associate courses and get the license on time.
? Apply CI Tools to daily work.
Basic Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree
? 5 years’ experience on mechanical design or above.
? Good in read, written and spoken English
? Computer Skills: Practiced in using Pro/E, AutoCAD, Microsoft OFFICE, Grasp ANSYIS or other analysis tool, Use VBA, ERP
? Other Key Competencies:
