1. PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB
- Provide support and troubleshooting to internal and external customers.
- Handle complaints per established guidelines: open, follow investigative stages, and close.
- Internal & External product training provide
- Perform laboratory testing
2. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB
- Working experiences in hospital laboratory or technical support and troubleshooting experience in the medical device company
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player and taking the ownership of the job responsibility
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Medical Examination
