Support production team to complete the process related SOP training. 2、產(chǎn)品 OOS 時(shí)，分析原因，制定解決方案，指導(dǎo)車間改進(jìn)。 In case OOS, analyze the root cause, work out solution, guide workshop operators to improve. 3、完成新產(chǎn)品新技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移。 Conduct new products/technical transfer in. 4、新建和維護(hù)產(chǎn)品 BOM 和 Recipe。 Create and maintain the BOM & Recipe of products. 5、處理生產(chǎn)偏差和投訴，跟進(jìn) CAPA 完成。 Handle the deviation and complaint of production, track the CAPA progress. 6、組織完成生產(chǎn)工藝相關(guān)變更。 Organize to complete change control of production process. 7、組織完成生產(chǎn)部改善項(xiàng)目和成本控制項(xiàng)目。 Organize to complete Kaizen project and cost saving project of production department. 8、協(xié)助完成生產(chǎn)部設(shè)備或者改造的驗(yàn)證。 Support to complete equipment or modification validation of production department. 9、完成上級(jí)交待的其他工作。 Complete tasks assigned by supervisor 任職要求 Qualification： 1、 本科及以上 Bachelor or above 2、 化工專業(yè)（高分子化工，精細(xì)化工，有機(jī)化工，化工工藝等） Chemistry related (Polymer chemistry, Fine chemistry, Organic chemistry, Chemical process, etc) 3、 化工行業(yè) 3 年及以上工藝相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。有離子交換樹脂行 業(yè)工作經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先。 3 years or above chemical industry process work experience.
