(1)Performs on-site configuration, installation, end-user orientation, support, servicing, repair and/or installation of IT systems and networking equipment and software including routers, switches, wireless LAN, PBXs, firewalls and servers. Provides associated cabling services.
(2)Serves as customer contact on network and host computing problems. Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures, using established procedures.
(3)Determines most cost effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime.
(4)Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues.
(5)Performs general maintenance tasks and resolves less complex problems immediately, while more complex issues are identified to a higher level of support.
(6)May involve use of problem management databases and help desk system.
(7) College graduate with 3-5 years of experience in network and host computing Field Services.

2、協(xié)調(diào)處理客戶在網(wǎng)絡(luò)和主機(jī)故障問題。使用既定程序診斷機(jī)械、硬件、軟件和系統(tǒng)故障。
3、提供高效率的維修、解決方案,以盡量減少客戶停機(jī)時(shí)間。
4、準(zhǔn)備分析產(chǎn)品故障趨勢(shì)和服務(wù)能力問題的報(bào)告。
5、進(jìn)行日常運(yùn)維,解決簡(jiǎn)單的技術(shù)問題,若無法處理可將復(fù)雜的問題升級(jí)給高一級(jí)工程師。
6、日常會(huì)涉及使用問題管理數(shù)據(jù)庫和服務(wù)臺(tái)系統(tǒng)。
7、大專以上學(xué)歷,3-5年網(wǎng)絡(luò)及計(jì)算機(jī)主機(jī)處理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
