1. 根據(jù)銷售目標(biāo)及產(chǎn)品上市,制定年度產(chǎn)品推廣營銷計劃與促銷計劃
1. Define annual marketing plan and promotion plan acc. sales target and product launch plan
2. 分解家電零售渠道年度營銷計劃,獲得客戶營銷資源支持,設(shè)計活動落地方案并跟蹤執(zhí)行及反饋
2. Break down annual ER marketing plan, obtain customer marketing resource, design, track and feedback relevant campaigns
3.依據(jù)家居市場渠道年度營銷計劃,針對潛在的品牌加盟店店主,櫥柜商,設(shè)計師,其它潛在消費者及客戶,定期組織產(chǎn)品推廣營銷及品牌體驗活動
3. Organize product and brand experience activities targeting potential Kitchen Retail customers and consumers, incl. BFS, KFM, designers, etc.
4. 分解家電零售渠道年度促銷計劃,根據(jù)全國大客戶,區(qū)域客戶的促銷節(jié)點計劃,提供 BSH相關(guān)的產(chǎn)品、營銷物料及禮品等支持
4. Break down annual ER promotion plan, support national KA and regional KA via product display, POSM and gifts
5. 分解家居市場渠道年度促銷計劃,設(shè)計促銷活動落地方案(引流、買贈、轉(zhuǎn)化等),跟蹤執(zhí)行及反饋
5. Break down annual KR promotion plan, design, track and feedback promotions e.g. diversion, purchase, conversion
6. 對接總部業(yè)務(wù)單元及渠道零售團隊,細化總部營銷及促銷在大區(qū)的落地執(zhí)行
6. Detail execution plan for HQ marketing and promotions as interface with BU and HQ channels
7. 支持客戶在城市級別的相關(guān)行業(yè)聯(lián)盟活動及營銷物料提供

Job Profile:
職位要求:
1、統(tǒng)招本科及以上學(xué)歷,有家電行業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先;
Bachelor's degree or above, relevant working experiences in home appliance industry is preferred;
2、具備營銷思維,良好的營銷推廣及品牌體驗活動組織能力;
Good command of marketing ideas, able to organize marketing promotion and brand experience activities;
3、具有較強的自我管理能力,及邏輯判斷能力;
Have strong self-management ability and logical thinking ability;
4、良好的溝通能力,較強的理解能力;
Good communication and good comprehension ability
5、意在家電領(lǐng)域不斷發(fā)展,創(chuàng)新;
Aiming for continuous development and innovation in home appliance field;
6、可以接受高頻次的出差。
Acceptable for high frequent business trips.
