11. 具有一定的維護(hù)能力，能獨(dú)立及時(shí)完成部分預(yù)防性維護(hù)任務(wù)、MI工作、故障排除及相關(guān)設(shè)備檢查，并配合工程師完成重大維護(hù)或TAR;
12. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工廠生產(chǎn)效率優(yōu)化行動(dòng)，SWIM開(kāi)發(fā)和小項(xiàng)目調(diào)試活動(dòng);
13. 負(fù)責(zé)文件的管理、更新和控制;
14. 服從公司的工作安排，完成工廠經(jīng)理交辦的其他任務(wù);
15. 在工廠管理人員不在時(shí)，作為工廠管理人員的代表;
16. 在安全管理方面，行使班長(zhǎng)的權(quán)力，履行公司交辦的班長(zhǎng)職責(zé)。
