Our key areas of operations include Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Asset Management, Global Private Banking, Insurance, and Chief Operating Office.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct product training to support and deliver new product launches and lead elite client education events to help elite client gain better knowledge of financial markets and financial solutions.
- Follow the needs-based sales process, give elite clients a meaningful and consistent wealth experience and ultimately provide an outstanding elite client experience
- Support RMs to gain more elite client trust and commitment in broadening and deepening their relationship with HSBC, and increase the effectiveness and quality of needs fulfilled for target elite clients
- Strengthen HSBC’s image as a leading wealth provider by providing elite clients with access to advanced technical product expertise
- Conduct portfolio reviews with RMs, assess product suitability and market and regulatory change impact to products held by elite clients as appropriate, identify opportunities and manage risks
- Join RMs in meeting elite clients and provide advice, input based on technical knowledge while acting as a second point of contact to RMs for specific products and solutions
- Improve RMs product specific technical knowledge by effective on-job coaching and training

- 幫助尊尚客戶經(jīng)理梳理尊尚客戶財務(wù)組合,根據(jù)市場和政策變化,判斷潛在機會并管理風(fēng)險,對尊尚客戶持有產(chǎn)品進行相應(yīng)調(diào)整
- 陪同尊尚客戶經(jīng)理約見客人,并基于產(chǎn)品和解決方法提供專業(yè)建議
- 利用專長給尊尚客戶經(jīng)理提供輔導(dǎo)和培訓(xùn)
財務(wù)安全規(guī)劃經(jīng)理的活動包括尊尚客戶會見及陪同銷售、培訓(xùn)、輔導(dǎo)、尊尚客戶沙龍、尊尚客戶資產(chǎn)組合回顧及保單回顧等。
Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum six years of working experience as a product specialist or financial advisor or at least one year of working experience as Sub-branch Manager in WPB
- Strong client skills with the ability to deliver a strong client experience and provide needs-based solutions
- Deep knowledge of specific complex financial solutions and products including the knowledge of financial markets, social-economic dynamics, and regulatory requirement relevant to the products
- Extensive external market awareness of market conditions, new product solutions, and an understanding of current financial market activities
- Demonstrated ability and experience to correctly identify elite client needs
- Solid skills to manage consultative sales process
- A solid understanding of global Anti-money Laundering standards
- Team player with collaborative skills
- Knowledge of local and Group compliance regulation
- Specialisation in one or more product categories e.g. /Estate Planning/Retirement/Protection/ Education.

- 在某一領(lǐng)域特別擅長優(yōu)先,比如房地產(chǎn)規(guī)劃/退休規(guī)劃/家庭保障/教育規(guī)劃等。
