工作職責(zé)： · 負(fù)責(zé)大語(yǔ)言模型（LLM）的研發(fā)、部署與優(yōu)化，精通DeepSeek等主流大模型的本地化部署與調(diào)優(yōu) · 構(gòu)建基于OCR技術(shù)的多模態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)處理系統(tǒng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)復(fù)雜場(chǎng)景下的文本識(shí)別與結(jié)構(gòu)化處理 · 基于LangChain和LlamaIndex框架開發(fā)企業(yè)級(jí)AI應(yīng)用，構(gòu)建智能問(wèn)答、知識(shí)管理、自動(dòng)化流程等解決方案 · 主導(dǎo)提示詞工程優(yōu)化，提升模型輸出的準(zhǔn)確性與可控性 · 搭建RAG（檢索增強(qiáng)生成）系統(tǒng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)知識(shí)庫(kù)與生成模型的高效協(xié)同 · 開發(fā)智能Agent系統(tǒng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)多任務(wù)協(xié)同與復(fù)雜業(yè)務(wù)邏輯的自動(dòng)化處理 · 跟蹤行業(yè)前沿技術(shù)，推動(dòng)AI能力在業(yè)務(wù)場(chǎng)景的持續(xù)創(chuàng)新落地 · 了解IT流程和IT治理，并且能更好的支持?jǐn)?shù)字化平臺(tái)管理
崗位要求： · 3年以上AI領(lǐng)域開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備完整的大模型項(xiàng)目落地經(jīng)驗(yàn) · 精通Python開發(fā)，具備PyTorch/TensorFlow等深度學(xué)習(xí)框架實(shí)戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn) · 熟練掌握DeepSeek模型部署調(diào)優(yōu)，有百億參數(shù)級(jí)模型優(yōu)化經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先 · 精通OCR技術(shù)棧（PaddleOCR/Tesseract等），熟悉文檔解析與版面分析 · 熟練掌握DeepSeek模型部署調(diào)優(yōu)，有百億參數(shù)級(jí)模型優(yōu)化經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先 · 熟悉主流向量數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)（Chroma/Milvus/Pinecone/Weaviate等），具備高并發(fā)場(chǎng)景優(yōu)化經(jīng)驗(yàn) · 深入理解LangChain和LlamaIndex架構(gòu)，有復(fù)雜工作流開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn) · 具備RAG系統(tǒng)實(shí)戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，掌握query理解/召回排序/生成優(yōu)化全鏈路技術(shù) · 熟悉智能Agent開發(fā)范式，具備AutoGPT/AgentLite等項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
