職位描述
鈑金工藝注塑工藝AutoCADPro/E
崗位工作描述：完成從產(chǎn)品孵化到量產(chǎn)過程中的設計輔助工作，含，
n 根據(jù)架構(gòu)師或工程師要求，對產(chǎn)品架構(gòu)或原型圖進行3D細化設計；
n 參考同類型產(chǎn)品特征，對產(chǎn)品進行延伸特征3D設計；
n 負責從3D模型到2D圖紙轉(zhuǎn)換；
n 完成產(chǎn)品BOM表，item系統(tǒng)申請，輔助cost officer完成成本核算；
n 協(xié)助設計工程師完成項目各階段樣品準備及相應驗證工作；
n 協(xié)助工業(yè)化及采購工程師，完成零部件報價，可制造性分析及驗證工作；
n 協(xié)助設計工程師完善上述所有設計文件及系統(tǒng)維護；
崗位要求：
- 學歷：理工科本科學歷，機械背景；
- 工作年限：3-4年
- 能力要求：
n 精通CAD, Pro/E；
n 具備公差鏈分析能力；
n 熟悉常見金屬材料（銅、鐵、鋁）屬性及加工工藝；
n 熟悉金屬材料表面處理方式；
n 熟悉常見塑料材料（熱塑）特性及加工工藝；
n 具備完整電氣類產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)設計經(jīng)驗；
