技術(shù)崗位招聘社會招聘內(nèi)部招聘計算機軟件IT服務(wù)人力資源服務(wù)
崗位職責(zé)：
1、主要負(fù)責(zé)IT研發(fā)工程師招聘；
2、負(fù)責(zé)對面試人員資質(zhì)審查，面試安排，薪資談判等；
3、根據(jù)現(xiàn)有編制及業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展需求，協(xié)助上級確定招聘目標(biāo)，匯總崗位需求數(shù)目和人員需求數(shù)目，制定并執(zhí)行招聘計劃；
4、負(fù)責(zé)招聘廣告的撰寫，招聘網(wǎng)站的維護和更新，以及招聘渠道拓展；
5、總結(jié)招聘工作中存在的問題，提出優(yōu)化招聘制度和流程的合理化建議，完成招聘分析報告。
任職要求：
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷；
2、熟悉招聘流程，有相關(guān)IT軟件人才招聘經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先；
3、溝通能力佳，邏輯思維能力強，有團隊協(xié)作精神，抗壓能力強；
4、主動性較好，學(xué)歷能力強，工作態(tài)度端正5、英語優(yōu)異，可以支持國外崗位
