壓力測(cè)試JIRAMySQLPostmanJmeter
工作職責(zé)
1. 負(fù)責(zé)部門各系統(tǒng)測(cè)試工作，能夠獨(dú)立完成模塊的測(cè)試用例編寫，執(zhí)行功能測(cè)試、接口測(cè)試、性能測(cè)試等；
2. 跟蹤缺陷生命周期，推動(dòng)開(kāi)發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)修復(fù)問(wèn)題并驗(yàn)證；
3. 參與需求評(píng)審，從測(cè)試角度提出風(fēng)險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)與優(yōu)化建議；
4. 輸出測(cè)試報(bào)告，分析測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)，推動(dòng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量改進(jìn)。
5. 協(xié)助研發(fā)復(fù)現(xiàn)和定位線上問(wèn)題，關(guān)注線上性能并提供優(yōu)化方案。
任職資格
- 技術(shù)能力：
1. 精通mysql、熟練掌握clickHouse、druid等常見(jiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)使用。
2. 精通Postman、JMeter 或代碼實(shí)現(xiàn)接口自動(dòng)化。
3. 熟悉測(cè)試流程，掌握常見(jiàn)測(cè)試方法，能夠獨(dú)立編寫測(cè)試用例。
4. 掌握LoadRunner、JMeter 進(jìn)行壓測(cè)與性能分析。
5. 了解常見(jiàn)測(cè)試工具（如 JIRA、禪道、飛書(shū)項(xiàng)目、Fiddler等）。
6. 了解持續(xù)集成（CI/CD）工具（如 Jenkins、GitLab CI）。
7. 邏輯清晰，能夠快速定位問(wèn)題根源。
8. 學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)，能夠適應(yīng)快速迭代的敏捷開(kāi)發(fā)模式。
9. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，三年以上測(cè)試經(jīng)驗(yàn)，主導(dǎo)過(guò)復(fù)雜項(xiàng)目測(cè)試，具備自動(dòng)化或性能測(cè)試經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
協(xié)同能力：
1. 具有責(zé)任心和團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)，能夠積極協(xié)調(diào)處理工作中遇到的問(wèn)題；
2. 能夠與設(shè)計(jì)師、產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理以及開(kāi)發(fā)人員良好溝通和協(xié)作。
