職位描述
PythonShell大模型算法NLPPyTorchGPTAPIAWSLLM
具體要求：
熟練使用Python，熟悉 Linux開發(fā)環(huán)境和shell，熟悉主流深度學(xué)習(xí)工具和框架，如Pytorch等；
具備NLP大模型訓(xùn)練、微調(diào)、部署經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先，如llama、 GPT、ChatGLM等LLM相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
具備創(chuàng)新思維，具備良好的溝通能力及交付能力；
良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力，具備優(yōu)秀的分析解決問(wèn)題的能力和強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任心。
有大模型算法/產(chǎn)品落地經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；有意圖識(shí)別、問(wèn)答/對(duì)話系統(tǒng)、信息檢索背景優(yōu)先；有扎實(shí)的后端開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
實(shí)際項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求：
1. 云廠商集成能力，包括Azure，AWS
2. 熟悉主流商用接口，API范式
3.熟悉現(xiàn)有的主流框架，比如langchain，fastchat，ragflow，dify等
4.實(shí)際落地的部署經(jīng)驗(yàn)
5.了解實(shí)際模型訓(xùn)練的技術(shù)，比如Lora
6.有實(shí)際rag項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)
