負(fù)責(zé)與全球TOP級XR客戶對接,對產(chǎn)品的結(jié)構(gòu)相關(guān)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行評估、設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)相關(guān)工作。該職位包括但不限于:
負(fù)責(zé)光學(xué)類產(chǎn)品的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)至量產(chǎn);
根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)思,進(jìn)行機(jī)械系統(tǒng)的性能、強(qiáng)度分析和測試,對項(xiàng)目結(jié)構(gòu)的技術(shù)、質(zhì)量、成本、進(jìn)度和交付負(fù)責(zé);
與xFN工程師和設(shè)計(jì)師合作,確保結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)的功能、結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度、散熱方案和外觀達(dá)到預(yù)期目標(biāo);
保持對前沿消費(fèi)電子產(chǎn)品的新技術(shù)和發(fā)展的了解,具備匯總并整合前言消費(fèi)電子產(chǎn)品的信息的能力;
與美方客戶進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)技術(shù)交流,依照客戶訴求完善設(shè)計(jì)方案;
根據(jù)項(xiàng)目要求,編寫相關(guān)技術(shù)文檔。(例:DFMEA, GD&T 工程圖, BOMs)
職位要求:
美系消費(fèi)電子工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先,光學(xué)類產(chǎn)品經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
具備機(jī)械工程學(xué)科的教育背景,或者具備相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
熟練掌握CAD/CAE軟件,如UG、Creo、AutoCAD、Ansys(力學(xué)、散熱仿真)等;
具備材料力學(xué)、材料科學(xué)的基本知識(強(qiáng)度分析計(jì)算,塑膠金屬材料選擇等);
對機(jī)械加工、成型工藝、裝配和工藝流程等方面有基本了解;
英語口語熟練(口語流利度>雅思6.5者優(yōu)先),具備良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神,能夠理解和遵循項(xiàng)目需求。
Job Description
Mechanical Structural Engineer (Product Design)
Responsible for collaborating with global TOP-tier XR clients to evaluate, design, and develop structural components for products. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead structural and mechanical design of optical products (e.g., AR/VR lens modules) from concept to mass production.
Conduct performance, strength analysis, and testing of mechanical systems, ensuring technical compliance, cost control, timeline adherence, and quality delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineers and designers to optimize structural integrity, thermal management solutions, and aesthetic requirements.
Stay updated on cutting-edge technologies in consumer electronics, with ability to analyze and integrate industry trends.
Engage in real-time technical discussions with U.S. clients to refine designs per requirements.
Prepare technical documentation (e.g., DFMEA, GD&T drawings, BOMs).
Requirements
Preferred: Experience in U.S.-based consumer electronics projects or optical product development.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in CAD/CAE tools: UG/NX, Creo, AutoCAD, Ansys (stress/thermal simulation required).
Fundamental knowledge of solid mechanics and materials science (e.g., fatigue analysis, plastic/metals selection).
Understanding of mechanical processing, molding techniques, assembly, and manufacturing workflows.
Fluent English communication skills (spoken proficiency > IELTS 6.5 preferred), with strong collaboration mindset and ability to execute project requirements.
