Role Summary:
We areseeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our IT team. This role supports the analysis, documentation, and delivery of digital solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, support solution design, and assist in the implementation of IT initiatives, including CRM platforms, web integrations, and service cloud enhancements. This role mainly focuses on HK & TW market and would involve in mainland projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of HK /TW /China Mainland project goals and deliverables;
2.Assist in analysing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement or automation;
3.Support the development and maintenance of documentation such as business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories;
4.Participate in system testing,including writing test cases and supporting UAT;
5.Help coordinate with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of solutions;
6.Maintain and update project tracking tools and dashboards;
7.Provide support for post-implementation monitoring and reviews;
8.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues reported by users including initial triage, issue logging, resolution or escalation, and user communication.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field;
2.A minimum of 2 years of experience in a business analysis or IT support role;
3.Good understanding on SaaS product, database, web services , and System integration;
4.Understanding on software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is a plus;
5.Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Digital, e-Commerce is a plus;
6.Strong analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills;
7.Ability to communicate with cross-functional teams;
8.Team player with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
