職位描述:
1. 完成指定氣凝膠細(xì)分市場(chǎng)的銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo);
2. 通過(guò)拜訪間接客戶(hù),了解他們的問(wèn)題和需求,確定氣凝膠領(lǐng)域的銷(xiāo)售機(jī)會(huì);
3. 定期收集目標(biāo)細(xì)分市場(chǎng)的市場(chǎng)情報(bào),包括增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)、應(yīng)用、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)等;
4. 通過(guò)提供Armacell解決方案來(lái)滿(mǎn)足客戶(hù)的需求;
5. 在當(dāng)?shù)劁N(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)的支持下,開(kāi)發(fā)或優(yōu)化氣凝膠產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)路線;
6. 在指定的氣凝膠部門(mén)親自管理和執(zhí)行關(guān)鍵項(xiàng)目。管理指定氣凝膠部門(mén)的主要客戶(hù);
7. 在整個(gè)銷(xiāo)售活動(dòng)中為客戶(hù)服務(wù),從售前的技術(shù)咨詢(xún)、詢(xún)價(jià)、合同談判、項(xiàng)目實(shí)施,到售后的問(wèn)題解決、售后服務(wù);
8. 通過(guò)與當(dāng)?shù)劁N(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作,管理指定部門(mén)的項(xiàng)目管道;
9. 定期與銷(xiāo)售和市場(chǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)就業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展進(jìn)展進(jìn)行有效溝通;
10. 引進(jìn)商業(yè)模式并推動(dòng)當(dāng)?shù)劁N(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)采用;
11. 與市場(chǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作,提出針對(duì)目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)的新產(chǎn)品/解決方案;
12. 為指定的氣凝膠部門(mén)準(zhǔn)備年度銷(xiāo)售預(yù)算。
職位要求:
1. 本科或以上學(xué)歷,工程(技術(shù)/機(jī)械)或聚合物氣凝膠材料專(zhuān)業(yè),有機(jī)械工程,化工工程,工廠建設(shè)/工程和/或安裝/管道工工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先,或有同等工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2. 5年以上技術(shù)銷(xiāo)售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3. 優(yōu)秀的溝通和建立關(guān)系的技巧。注重細(xì)節(jié),有很強(qiáng)的組織和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力;
4. 良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神,能接受出差。
5. 有矩陣式銷(xiāo)售組織工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)及跨職能領(lǐng)導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
6. 熟悉整體解決方案方法。
To identify opportunities & grow Armacell Aerogel business in new segments through focusing on demand creation for total solutions, developing new route to market and business model which can be adopted successfully by local sales organization.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales target in assigned Aerogel segments
2. Identify sales opportunities in Aerogel segments by visiting indirect customers to understand their problems & needs.
3. Collect market intelligence including growth trend, application, competition, etc. for target segments on regular basis.
4. Generate demand by providing Armacell solutions to meet customers’ needs.
5. Develop or optimize route to market with support of local sales teams for Aerogel segments.
6. Manage and pursue in person for key projects in assigned Aerogel segments. Manage key accounts in assigned Aerogel segments.
7. Serve customer during entire sales activities, from pre-sales, such as technical inquiring, RFQ (Request For Quotations), and contract negotiation, project implementation, and post-sales, such as problem solving, after sales service
8. Manage project pipeline in assigned segments by working with local sales team closely.
9. Communicate effectively with sales & marketing teams on progress of business development on regular basis.
10. Introduce business model and drive for adoption by local sale teams.
11. Propose for launch of new products/solutions for target segments by working with marketing team closely.
12. Prepare annual sales budget for assigned Aerogel segments.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above in engineering (technical/mechanical) or Polymer Aerogel material, working experience mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, plant construction/engineering and/or installation/plumber works preferred. or equivalent experience
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in technical sales
3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A strong attention to detail, and high level of organization & leadership.
4. Good team player.
5. Willing to have extensive travel in China
6. Working experience with matrixed sales organization & leading project across functions is preferred
7. Familiar with total solutions approach.
