1. 根據(jù)公司戰(zhàn)略需要,深度尋找挖掘適合公司發(fā)展的注塑類,注塑器械結(jié)合的產(chǎn)品方向,產(chǎn)品拓展等;According to the company's strategic requirements, responsible to thoroughly explore and identify the product directions and expansion opportunities that are suitable for the company's development, including those related to injection molding and injection molding medical device products.
2. 潛在合作客戶拓展、接洽及項(xiàng)目談判,并負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)BD項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度跟進(jìn)、管理;Identify and engage potential cooperative clients, conduct project negotiations, and oversee the progress and management of BD projects.
3.制定業(yè)務(wù)推廣計(jì)劃,并策劃業(yè)務(wù)推廣方案、項(xiàng)目洽談和客戶聯(lián)絡(luò)工作。Develop business promotion plans, strategize business promotion initiatives, and manage project discussions and client communications.
4. 負(fù)責(zé)商務(wù)談判工作,與合作伙伴就合作模式/收購(gòu)、價(jià)格、合同條款等進(jìn)行協(xié)商,達(dá)成合作協(xié)議,例如:第三方盡職調(diào)查等;Responsible for business negotiation work, negotiating with partners on cooperation models/ acquisitions, prices, contract terms, etc., and reaching cooperation agreements, such as third-party due diligence, etc.
5. 策劃參與行業(yè)展會(huì),開發(fā)客戶資源,轉(zhuǎn)化商機(jī)促成訂單;Plan and participate in industry exhibitions to develop client resources, convert business opportunities, and secure orders.
6. 收集行業(yè)信息,為研發(fā)技術(shù)部或業(yè)務(wù)決策提供有效建議;Collect industry information and provide effective recommendations for the R&D technical department or business decision-making.
7. 關(guān)注市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)和行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),完成各類分析報(bào)告。Monitor market trends and industry standards, and complete various analytical reportWork with 3rd party design company & group marketing team to settle down the booth design, brochure design works.
任職資格:Qualifications:
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,醫(yī)學(xué)、生物學(xué)、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、商務(wù)管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, major in medicine, biology, marketing, business management and other related majors is preferred.
2. 具有5年以上醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)商務(wù)拓展或銷售相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),其中至少2年以上團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。?熟悉醫(yī)療器械市場(chǎng)的運(yùn)作模式,有豐富的客戶資源和成功的項(xiàng)目合作案例者優(yōu)先。Experience requirements: More than 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the medical device industry, with at least 2 years of team management experience. Familiar with the operation mode of the medical device market, with rich customer resources and successful project cooperation cases is preferred.
3.良好的溝通、學(xué)習(xí)及語言表達(dá)能力及較強(qiáng)的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力;Excellent communication, fast learning and language, strong organization and coordination ability;
4.有高度的責(zé)任心和良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神; Highly responsibility sense and good team-worker sprits;
5.心理素質(zhì)佳,勇于迎接挑戰(zhàn);Ability to work under pressure, and willing to meet challenges;
6.必須具備優(yōu)異的英文讀、說、聽、寫;Excellent English skills;
7. 能適應(yīng)2周每月的出差。Ability to travel a lot, 2 weeks per month on average.
8.熟練使用Office等辦公軟件;Familiar to office software;
