#1. 基于內部數據庫及案頭調研，支持部門日常的數據分析和洞察挖掘；
Support daily data analyses and strategic insight generation based on internal database and desk research;
#2. 利用公司內部數據庫并結合案頭研究，支持主要疾病領域的競爭情報分析工作；
Support competitive intelligence analyses in main oncology disease area based on internal database and desk research;
#3. 支持本部門的調研項目需求；
Support research project needs in relating to functional work;
#4. 在上級指導下進行新產品的商業(yè)預測以及相關支持性分析（EXCEL & PPT為主）Develop sales forecast and supportive analyses for assumption building under guidance (by Excel & PPT);
#5. 基于具體的項目需求與公司內部跨部門團隊進行必要的溝通與合作：
Support /conduct cross-functional communication and collaboration on project basis.
素質要求：
Requirement of qualification:
#1. 大學本科或以上教育（有醫(yī)學或者生物學相關背景優(yōu)先），
Colleague-level education background, degree in medical /biology is a plus，
#2. 最低3年以上醫(yī)藥行業(yè)相關工作經驗（有腫瘤銷售/腫瘤市場部工作經驗優(yōu)先）
minimum 3-Y working experience in pharmaceutical industry or closely related（oncology product sales or marketing experience is a plus）
#3. 良好的數學基本運算及邏輯推理能力 （有數據建模經驗優(yōu)先）
Good sense of mathematics and capability of logic reasoning（data modelling experience is a plus）
#4. 具備一定的數據分析和網絡信息搜集、整理、歸納能力 (有市場調研或者腫瘤市場調研相關經驗者優(yōu)先)
Ability and experience in data analyses, desk research, information organization and summarization. (Market research background in general or in oncology is a plus.)
#5. 和工作經驗值相稱的良好的中文及英文表達能力和互動溝通技巧
Good at self-expression in Chinese and English, grasp good skills in team interaction, communication and collaboration that are equivalent to level of experience;
#6. 掌握基本的office辦公軟件的使用，可以熟練操作excel 圖表和PPT文件制作
Master basic skills in Microsoft office software, familiar with usage of excel and PPT
#7. 有良好的學習能力，性格穩(wěn)定、堅強，喜歡探索和自我挑戰(zhàn)，具備自驅力以及良好的自律和時間管理能力
