Job Purpose: The Admin Assistant is responsible for organizing and managing Venture Executive Calander, Arranging logistical requirement to the VE office, Business travel plans etc. Job Responsibilities: ? Support VE team day-to-day Admin activities. ? Organizing and managing Venture Executive Leader Calander ? Support SABIC team logistical (Visiting SABIC FUJIAN project ) requirements Job Requirements: ? 4-year degree in Business Administration or related. ? 3 Years working experience as Admin Assistant ? Strong communication skills, good English reading, writing and oral speaking level. ? SAP experience is a plus. ?
