Your Key Responsibilities ?Support business transformation projects by contributing to transformation design and execution under leadership guidance. ?Drive customer-centric solutions by assisting in: ?Identifying business reinvention opportunities (e.g., operating model improvements, business and commercial operation excellence). ?Supporting growth capability initiatives (e.g., go-to-market strategy, sales/marketing optimization). ?Helping implement transformation plans in collaboration with clients and senior team members. ?Build client relationships by understanding their needs, anticipating challenges, and providing tactical recommendations aligned with transformation goals. ?Manage deliverables by meeting agreed-upon timelines and quality standards with oversight from project leaders. ?Collaborate effectively with cross-functional EY and client teams, adapting to diverse working styles. ?Contribute to team growth by mentoring junior consultants and sharing knowledge. ?Willingness to travel as needed.

To qualify, you must have: ?A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience (consulting or industry,e.g., business operations, commercial, marketing, or strategy). ?Knowledge of business transformation (processes, organization, or technology enablement). ?Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address client challenges. ?Ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable workstreams. ?Experience conducting research, analyzing data, and supporting hypothesis-driven recommendations ?3+project experience of process re-engineering. Familiar with process visualization. ?Collaboration skills to work with teams and mentor juniors. ?Fluency in English (written and verbal). ?Industry exposure (TMT, CPR, AM&M) is a plus.
