Responsibilities: 1、 Field support to customers a) Assess customers’ needs against Erlab? equipment solution through the e-Valiquest? questionnaire. b) Identify, propose, and explain the recommended Erlab? solution (equipment + Filtering system). c) Only match solutions to customers’ needs based on scientific & technical elements. d) Make sure that the proposed solutions properly correspond to the questionnaire (e-Valiquest?) submitted by the customer. e) enhance customer satisfaction and increase Erlab? competitive advantage while developing and maintaining relationships with customers. f) Build trust relationships with customers to influence targeted groups in the decision-making process. 2、 Support to the sales team a) Work with the sales team to develop and implement brand strategies to ensure consistency in the Erlab? message. b) Support and accompany the sales team in their solution deliveries to customers. Do field visits with the salespeople. c) Analyze customer situations with the sales team to provide expertise suggestions and added-value services & support and increase customer loyalty and satisfaction. d) Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort. e) Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage and create competitor awareness. 3、 Provide internal technical support to sales, after-sales, production, purchasing, marketing, etc. a) Develop a training program. Review confidentiality issue with R&D-HQ b) Conduct training on R&D related content to both new and existing sales team (but not limited to): Basic chemistry / Filtration / technology ... c) Support the After-Sales team on chemical and instrumentation questions. 4、 Reporting / knowledge / Research a) Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback. b) Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments. c) Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up to date. d) Develop a systematic information collection on instruments / best practices / Labs & Chemicals to best advise recommend solutions. e) Collect and analyze market research data to identify new business opportunities for potential growth. f) Participate in Industry Applications research. g) Analyze data and trends from Erlab? e-Valiquest? sources. h) Attend exhibitions at scientific conferences, training and workshops as required. Requirements: 1、 Proven work experience as a laboratory environment 2、 Good knowledge of daily work in the chemistry laboratory: a) The different types of glassware and analytical equipment (chromatography, spectrometry, colorimetry, assays, rotary evaporator, mineralization). b) Good chemical handling and storage practices. 3、 Basic knowledge in risk analysis process: a) Study of chemical safety data sheets. b) The various collective and personal protective equipment used in chemistry laboratories, chemical storage rules. 4、 Highly motivated and able to adapt to a disruptive solution. 5、 Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. 6、 Proven analytical and observational skills. 7、 Strong organizational and time management skills. 8、Good command of English.
