About the role:
- This is a role in client’s account project management work stream (WD&C team). Acting as a regional project manager, reporting to D&C team leader to support regional (Area 2, including China mainland, HK, TW) client projects from planning to completion.
What this job involves:
- To provide support for strategic planning and execution of the client’s projects in the region.
- To guide 3rd party project manager to control project risks, and achieve project delivery target. (time/ quality/ cost)
- To bridge the client internal workstreams, also to communicate with project execution group, for initiate and resolve project related issues.
- To streamline Consultancy Services in the Region by setting up partnership with Regional Integrated Consultants.
- To maintain proper project documentation for audit and reference purposes.
- To facilitate planning and tracking on capital expenses.
- To facilitate project audit and provide assistance.
- To compile lessons learned for future improvements.
Education /Work Experience Requirement:
- A degree in a relevant field, and 5 years’ experience related to all aspects of Construction/Project Management in Interior Fit-out Projects, for multi-national Clients.
- A strong background of all aspects of Interior fit-out Management including, management on communication, schedule, quality, cost, and risk management, negotiation, etc.
Technical and Administrative Skills:
- Proficient in English, in both oral and writing communications.
- Proficient in Excel, Word to complete analysis & reports.
- Strong ownership and responsibility
