崗位職責(zé)
Post responsibility:
1. 通過電話、郵件向客戶介紹奧曼克培訓(xùn)課程,與客戶建立聯(lián)系。根據(jù)銷售計劃推廣奧曼克培訓(xùn)課程。
Introduce OMNEX training courses to customers via telephone 、mail and establish contact with customers. Promote OMNEX training courses as per sales plan.
2. 從數(shù)據(jù)庫中打陌生電話,產(chǎn)生新的線索,處理查詢,了解需求并提供培訓(xùn)建議。
Make Cold calls from database, generate new leads, Handle queries, understand requirements and offer proposal for training.
3. 與客戶保持良好的關(guān)系,良好的溝通,跟進并簽訂合同。
Maintain good relationship with customers, have good communication, follow-up and close contracts.
4. 按時完成工作計劃,建立潛在客戶、公司和學(xué)員的數(shù)據(jù)庫。
Complete the work plan ontime, set up a database of potential customers, companies and students.
5. 定期參加會議和培訓(xùn),完成銷售日報,等其他工作。
Attend regular meetings and training, complete Daily Sales Report and monthly report with the sales & marketing team etc.
任職要求
Qualifications:
1. 大專及以上學(xué)歷,經(jīng)驗不限,想長期從事銷售行業(yè),普通話標(biāo)準(zhǔn);
Junior College degree or above, no limit of experience, want to have a long-term career in the sales industry, standard Mandarin;
2. 具備良好的溝通能力,適應(yīng)挑戰(zhàn);
Good communication skills, adapt to challenges;
3. 具備合作精神,樂觀的態(tài)度,良好的服務(wù)意識,高度的責(zé)任感;
Have the spirit of cooperation, teamwork, optimistic attitude, good sense of service, a high sense of responsibility;
4. 儀表整潔,談吐得體,具有專業(yè)精神和個人風(fēng)格, 誠實守信;
Clean appearance, proper speech, professional spirit and personal style, honest and trustworthy;
5. 熱愛培訓(xùn)行業(yè),想長期或在2-3年內(nèi)從事此項工作。
Passionate about training industry and want to do it for a long time or 2-3 years.
