主要職責 ? 作為技術代表,向客戶和同事提供專業(yè)、權威的技術建議 ? 處理質保索賠,開展產品故障調查,并以可持續(xù)的方式徹底解決問題 ? 做出技術與商業(yè)決策,控制質保成本 ? 追求客戶高度滿意;通過技術工作發(fā)掘商業(yè)機會 ? 如有需要,赴現(xiàn)場參加產品檢驗與故障調查 ? 拜訪客戶,展示并推廣奧賽能的技術解決方案 ? 為客戶和同事提供技術培訓 ? 與全球技術服務組織協(xié)作,參與“可持續(xù)產品改進”等項目 ? 提供其他形式的技術支持,如升級與改造業(yè)務 知識、技能與經驗要求 ? 輪機工程、機械工程等相關專業(yè)本科或碩士學歷 ? 具備發(fā)動機或海事行業(yè)知識與背景者優(yōu)先 ? 相關領域工作經驗優(yōu)先 ? 良好的英語書面與口頭表達能力 Main Accountabilities Provide professional technical advice to customers and colleagues as technical representative Handle warranty claims, conduct product failure investigations and fix the product issue in a sustainable way Take technical & commercial decisions and control the warranty costs Strive for high customer satisfaction Look for business opportunities through your technical work Attend product inspection & failure investigation in field if required Visit customers to present & promote Accelleron's technical solution Technical trainings to customers and colleagues Work with global technical service organization; Participate projects such as Continuous Product Improvement Other kinds of technical support such as Upgrade & Retrofit business Knowledge, Skill and Experience Bachelor's or master's degree in related areas such as marine engineering and mechanical engineering Knowledge & understanding of engine or maritime industries will be a plus Work experience in related fields would be a plus Good written & spoken English skills
