Overall responsible for ocean export operation.全面負責海運出口業(yè)務
Detailed Responsibilities 具體工作職責
Manage the daily work of operations,balance and optimize the workload between team members .
管理日常工作，平衡和優(yōu)化團隊成員的工作量
Control the data quality for team ,match the KPI target.
控制團隊數(shù)據(jù)質量，達到KPI目標
Make Operation procedure standardization and optimized .
優(yōu)化和標準操作流程
Handle all the special case in team also solve all the problem.Train team mumber to handle cases individually .
處理團隊特殊情況，解決問題。培養(yǎng)團隊成員獨立解決問題的能力
Negotiate with agent & trucking company & carrier & shipper , approaching company profit.
與代理、承運人、托運人寫上，達到利潤***化
Develop ,support and maintain feasible proceeding environment for key account business .
為主要客戶提供專業(yè)的可行性發(fā)展方案
To be the coordinator between team and other departments(SALES ,DOC ,ADM).Lead a good team working entironment .
擔任團隊與其他部門（銷售、單證、行政）的協(xié)調(diào)員，營造好的團隊工作氛圍
Report Monthly OP performance to Manager.
向經(jīng)理匯報月度報告
