General Responsibilities 主要工作職責(zé)
Overall responsible for FCL /LCL ocean export operation .
負(fù)責(zé)整箱、散貨海運(yùn)出口操作。
Detailed Responsibilities 具體工作職責(zé)
Routing Task .日常工作安排。
Confirm the booking with overseas agent upon getting the booking from supplier .與國外代理根據(jù)客人的托單確認(rèn)艙位。
Clarify the space with carrier and reserve the allocation .與船公司確認(rèn)艙位。
Arrange tracking /stuffing/customs declaration according to request SOP.要所公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流程來安排拖車、倉儲(chǔ)、報(bào)關(guān)等事宜。
Update CW1 according to SOP. 及時(shí)更新系統(tǒng) 。
Issues the invoice in CW1. 開票。
Pre-alert to overseas. 向海外發(fā)預(yù)報(bào)。
Promote value add service to responsible clients .向客人推銷增值服務(wù)。
Other routing task according to supervisor’s guideline. 按照主管指示完成其他工作。
Actively handle the claim & exceptions. 積極處理特殊 及投訴事宜。
Backup for someone who is absent. 員工休假時(shí)的替補(bǔ)。
Positively cooperate with other internal departments, Fin/doc/sales dept .積極與內(nèi)部財(cái)務(wù)、單證、銷售溝通。
Dedicated carrier space coordination. 日常艙位的協(xié)調(diào)。
Communications 溝通對(duì)象
Internal 內(nèi)部: Operation, Business Units, Finance and Quality, etc. 操作，業(yè)務(wù)，財(cái)務(wù)，質(zhì)量流程等。
External 外部: booking agent/shipping line, Existing customers, Potential customers. 外部客戶，潛在客戶,訂艙代理及船公司等。
