與國(guó)外代理根據(jù)客人的托單確認(rèn)艙位。
Clarify the space with carrier and reserve the allocation .
與船公司確認(rèn)艙位。
Arrange tracking /stuffing/customs declaration according to request SOP.
要所公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流程來(lái)安排拖車(chē)、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、報(bào)關(guān)等事宜。
Update CW1 according to SOP .
及時(shí)更新系統(tǒng) 。
Issues the invoice in CW1.
開(kāi)票。
Pre-alert to overseas .
向海外發(fā)預(yù)報(bào)。
Promote value add service to responsible clients .
向客人推銷(xiāo)增值服務(wù)。
Other routing task according to supervisor’s guideline .
按照主管指示完成其他工作。
Actively handle the claim & exceptions .
積極處理特殊 及投訴事宜。
Positively cooperate with other internal department ,Fin/doc/sales dept .
積極與內(nèi)部財(cái)務(wù)、單證、銷(xiāo)售溝通。
Dedicated carrier space coordination.
