協(xié)助香港城市大學(xué)(港城大) 內(nèi)地聯(lián)絡(luò)處負(fù)責(zé)人完成以下工作:
1. 協(xié)助港城大本科及碩士課程在內(nèi)地的相關(guān)宣傳推廣工作, 包括但不限于:協(xié)助聯(lián)絡(luò)和組織各類線上、線下宣講活動(dòng); 參與宣傳文案的編輯整理工作并協(xié)助維護(hù)和更新微信、微博及其他社交媒體宣傳渠道; 協(xié)助收集內(nèi)地相關(guān)招生宣傳信息和政策變化等; 負(fù)責(zé)及時(shí)回應(yīng)考生及家長的電話和郵件咨詢,提供準(zhǔn)確、及時(shí)的信息;參加相關(guān)展會(huì)及活動(dòng),代表港城大進(jìn)行宣傳工作;
2. 協(xié)助與政府部門、 考試院、 中學(xué)、 大學(xué)及其他相關(guān)單位的溝通協(xié)調(diào)工作;
3. 按需協(xié)調(diào)安排港城大學(xué)術(shù)或行政人員在內(nèi)地參與本科及碩士課程宣傳活動(dòng)工作;
4. 日常辦公室行政事務(wù);
5. 其他港城大和相關(guān)部門以及上級(jí)安排的工作。
職位要求:
1. 大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)或以上學(xué)歷,畢業(yè)于雙一流高校或境外知名大學(xué)優(yōu)先考慮;
2. 3 至 5 年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn), 有高校工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)、 新媒體宣傳推廣經(jīng)驗(yàn)和行政管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮;
3. 注重細(xì)節(jié);抗壓力強(qiáng);具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作、 溝通和人際交往能力;責(zé)任心強(qiáng);
4. 能熟練操作辦公軟件、具備良好的表達(dá)和溝通技能、方案策劃和寫作能力;
5. 較強(qiáng)的中、英文讀寫聽說能力(中文為普通話);
6. 有較熟練的新媒體編輯操作技能,有使用 adobe 圖形設(shè)計(jì)軟件經(jīng)驗(yàn)更佳;
7. 能適應(yīng)出差工作。
Duties:
Reporting to the Executive Manager, City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK) Liaison Office
Work in Chengdu, the Administrative Officer II will be responsible for
1. Assisting in the promotion of CityUHK’s undergraduate and postgraduate programs in mainland China, including but not limited to: coordinating and organizing online and offline student recruitment activities and promotional events; participating in the editing and sorting of promotional materials and assisting in maintaining and updating social media platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, and other social media channels; assisting in collecting changes in mainland China's education-related policies and promotion related information; handling inquiries from prospective students and parents via phone and email, providing accurate and timely information; representing CityUHK at relevant exhibitions and events, etc.;
2. Participating in CityUHK’s academic community in developing ties with local government departments, examination authorities, secondary schools, universities, and other relevant organizations;
3. Assisting in the organization of visits/participating in Ug/TPg promotion activities for CityUHK’s academic and administrative staff upon request;
4. Providing administrative support to the office; and
5. Performing any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, graduates from Double First-Class universities or well-known overseas universities are preferred;
2. 3 to 5 years of work experience, experience in university, new media industry and administration is preferred.
3. Detail-oriented; Ability to work under pressure; Good teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with senior colleagues within the University and external partners such as professors, counselors, alumni, and key players in the higher education community;
4. Proficiency in operating office software, with good communication skills, proposal planning, and writing abilities;
5. Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin;
6. Good knowledge of new media editing operations, experience with Adobe graphic design software is a plus; and
7. Travel is required.
