Key Responsibilities:

1. Work remotely with manager and provide corporate secretarial services to client companies.
與部門經(jīng)理遠(yuǎn)程辦公,為客戶提供公司秘書服務(wù)。
2. Handle full sets of corporate secretarial services, including:
獨(dú)立地處理全套公司秘書服務(wù),包括:
1) Communicate with authorities and clients effectively, and provide professional service covering consultancy services, legal documents drafting and filing agent services regarding company incorporation, change registration, de-registration, capital increment and any other applications for wholly owned enterprises; incorporation services involve in general pre-setup consultancy (Efficient corporate structuring in China, practical advice on running business in China, business site identification, etc.).
與政府部門和客戶進(jìn)行有效溝通,提供外資企業(yè)設(shè)立、變更、注銷等有關(guān)咨詢、起草法律文件、商事代辦服務(wù)等專業(yè)服務(wù), 其中設(shè)立服務(wù)涉及設(shè)立前的一般咨詢服務(wù)(有效的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、在中國(guó)開展業(yè)務(wù)的實(shí)用建議、商業(yè)選址等)。
2) Communicate with authorities and clients effectively, and provide professional services covering consultancy services, legal documents drafting and filing agent services regarding incorporation, change registration, de-registration, capital increment and any other applications regarding overseas direct investment (ODI) for domestic owned enterprises.
與政府部門和客戶進(jìn)行有效溝通,提供內(nèi)資企業(yè)客戶對(duì)企業(yè)外投資備案設(shè)立、變更、注銷等有關(guān)咨詢、起草法律文件、商事代辦服務(wù)等專業(yè)服務(wù)。
3) Provide special licenses application and statutory reporting services, licenses and chops custody services, translation services, and other ad-hoc services.
提供特殊證照申請(qǐng)和法定報(bào)告服務(wù),證照印章保管服務(wù),翻譯服務(wù)等其他額外服務(wù)。
3. Maintain record and information in KYCP, ViewPoint, and other corporate management systems for existing clients.
在KYCP, ViewPoint和其他公司管理系統(tǒng)上維護(hù)現(xiàn)有客戶的記錄和信息。
4. Follow instructions from the manager and office head and work closely with other teams.
聽從經(jīng)理和辦公室負(fù)責(zé)人的指引,并與其他團(tuán)隊(duì)一起緊密地工作。
5. May delegate work to junior staff with clear explanation and supervise the work of the junior staff.
可能需要清晰地分配工作給同事并監(jiān)督其工作。
Requirement:
崗位要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above preferable in English or Law
本科及以上學(xué)歷,英語或法律專業(yè)優(yōu)先
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in similar position and proven hands-on experience and knowledge in handling all administration task
五年以上相似崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),在處理相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)方面有實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3. Able to work independently and carry out tasks in a pro-active way

4. Good spoken and written skills both in English and in Chinese
中英文表達(dá)流利
5. Profound knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, PPT) and business registration related government websites
熟練使用辦公軟件(WORD, EXCEL, PPT等)和商事登記有關(guān)政府部門官網(wǎng)
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team worker, strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented
良好的溝通能力,具體團(tuán)隊(duì)精神,強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任心,關(guān)注細(xì)節(jié)
7. Government authority communication experience is a plus.
