SCOPE OF WORK 1. Drive Aptamil Goat range growth a) Be responsible for business performance of Goat b) Develop overall demand generation strategy & execute with excellence c) Track & analyze business performance & drive action plans for success 2. Be responsible for Aptamil Goat E2E marketing communication a) Lead Aptamil Goat brand equity development b) Lead brand activation and Always-on marketing activities (campaign, seeding, SEM) c) Lead brand communication implement across channels 3. Investment management Strategize & manage overall budget behind Goat across different platforms to deliver business ambition. Functional Competencies 1. Solid experience of all-rounded marketing communication (branding, media, seeding, social activation, design, etc.) 2. Has successful experience on - scalable consumer activation planning and execution. 3. Business acumen with strong analytical skills & entrepreneurship 4. Has experience on consumer experience management online and offline channel 5. Learning agility & sense to quickly catch-up market new knowledge Leadership Competencies Strong ownership of business Strong strategic thinking, good sense of the full business picture. Good communication and interpersonal skills internally and externally Agency management Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree or above * 5 years above proving record in brand/social marketing, product marketing in IMF/FMCG/Beauty, etc * Specific Knowledge Media environment & trend Influencer management /PR Number sensitive, new business model sensitive Experience in new eCommerce business ecosystem General skills * Good spoken & written in English and Mandarin * Good skill in MS office, excel, PPT, word * Good communication & interpersonal skill * Ability to work under pressure and dealing with ambiguity
