設計制圖設計工藝設計工裝設備自動化設備非標設備SolidWorksAutoCAD
崗位職責:
?Provide tools quotation for new project
?Design tools and gauges according to the product drawing by CATIA/ Soliderworks software
?Inquire quotation from external supplier and place PO to supplier
?Monitor the PO status and ensure the tools on time delivery from the supplier
?Manufacturing site tools repair follow up
?Tools design timing plan follow up
?Work with process engineer for tools design know-how and standards sustain
?Tools yearly investment monitor
?tools drawings management
?continuous improvement of the tools design and cost reduction
?Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by the company from time to time
任職要求:
?Bachelor
s Degree in mechanical Engineering or applicable work experience
?Proficient skills with manufacturing jigs and inspection gauges in 3D design, preferred in CATIA, Soliderworks
?Minimum 5 years of experience in fixture design or related
?Knowledge and experience of assembly and test process.
?knowledge of GD&T
?basic project management skills
?Good communication skills(Oral English)
?Proficient in Microsoft office software
